Shipping & Return


The cost of shipping for services will depend on your needs, as prices will depend on volume/weight/distance of travel and urgency of delivery. Below are our general rates for delivery (incl VAT). They should be treated as guidelines. For purchases made from our online store.

Please Note: When advising your delivery address that someone will need to be present to sign for the order. You will receive an email notification on the dispatch of your order, which will provide tracking (if applicable).

Most orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3 pm (Monday to Friday). Otherwise, they will be dispatched the following day.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, please allow 10 days for UK deliveries or 3 weeks for international deliveries. If your parcel still has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
